I am happy to welcome you to my online weightloss course and I hope that after reading all the knowledge I have gathered here, you will finally be able to reach any of your goals without harm to your mental state and with love to your body and soul.
Who am I
My name is Stefani, I am a certified fitness nutritionist expert. I am now happy as never before with my body and psychological state and I've been training 3-4 times per week since now 4 years while eating healthy 80% of the time.
For me it's not a diet anymore - it's a lifestyle which gives me power.

But it wasn't always this way. I have gone through everything you can imagine

  • not wanting to live
I know the struggle, trust me. And I also know how by following particular steps to get through it, start enjoy living again and achieve any goal you have on your mind reguarding your body!


Although this course is mainly written for weightloss, it has at its core, just like gaining or maintaining weight, the basic principles of nutrition which very well explain inside. It is far more than a simple calorie calculator. It is an educational guide after which you won't fall into the gap of diets and other absurd weightloss methods that are spread through the internet.

After dealing with eating disorders and years of spending time, money and energy on professional education, practice and experience, I am here to give you authentic and reliable knowledge which will serve you as a solid foundation, prevent you from the useless, ineffective and unhealthy methods and lead you to your goals.

In this course, you will learn about the most common errors during weightloss, how to properly calculate your daily food intake, understand the principles of healthy eating, how to choose the right products and how to organise your diet.

At the end, I will share with you my personal story of how I dealt with eating disorders and how I got to where I am today.
